Aldridge 10k and Children's Run : event description
The Aldridge 10k and Children's Run is scheduled for Sunday 13 June 2027 in Aldridge (postcode WS9 8NH). The event is organised by Aldridge Running Club and combines a road 10 km race with two children's races. Participants receive event kit items including a goodie bag, T-shirt and medal; those aged 18 or older also receive a beer token, while squash is provided for under-18s.
Race facilities include number bib pick-up and bag drop. Children's races are held ahead of the 10 km race and are followed by trophies; prizes are presented after the main event. Entry is available online and some race categories have set entry fees. There will be no on-the-day entries once the race has sold out.
Because not all roads are closed to traffic, only bone-conductive headphones are permitted on the course. Runners using these must register them at the information tent to avoid disqualification.
