Event overview

The Aldeburgh Fun Team Relay Triathlon takes place on 06 September 2026 in Aldeburgh, Suffolk. The event is a team relay with each team made up of three competitors. Total places are limited to 100 and entries are open.

Format and course

Each team member completes one leg of the relay. Approximate distances are:

750 m - 1000 m sea swim (tide assisted salt water) - wetsuits optional but recommended
22 km bike ride (two laps) - route via Aldeburgh, Thorpeness and Aldringham
5 km run - off road

The transition area is located outside the White Lion Hotel in Aldeburgh. Event proceeds are stated to be distributed to charities and other good causes.

Entry details and pricing

Teams may register before names are final by entering "tba" and updating competitor details before the closing date. Entry fees are shown as:

Until 06 Jan 2026: £75.00
Until 01 Sep 2026: £90.00
