Event overview
The Alcester 10K is scheduled for 11 October 2026 in the market town of Alcester near Stratford Upon Avon. The event is organised by Raceways Events CIC and will start and finish on Alcester High Street at The Turks Head, 4 High St, Alcester B49 5AD. This edition is the twelfth running of the race. Entry for the adult 10K is listed at about £30 to £32; the kids event is free.
Race details
The race is a single-loop course that leaves the High Street and runs on country lanes in Warwickshire. There are two on-course drinks stations. Chip timing is used for the event. Finishers receive a medal and a T-shirt. Post-race snacks are provided and race photography is available for purchase. A free 1 km Kids Fun Run starts and ends next to the adult finish line; children who take part receive a free medal. The main 10K is open to entrants aged between 15 and 100 on the race date; the kids run is open to entrants aged 15 and under. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
