Albany JCC Bagel Run
The Albany JCC Bagel Run is an annual walk and run event held at the Albany JCC on Whitehall Road in Albany, New York. The event welcomes runners, walkers, families, and community members of all ages and is scheduled for September 20, 2026.
Distances offered include:
- 5K
- 10K
- 15K
- 1/2 mile kids fun run (all ages)
- 1 mile kids fun run (ages 7 and up)
Run packets include an official race shirt and other race items. Packet pickup dates are scheduled for Friday, September 18, Saturday, September 19, and on race day morning. Course maps are provided for the 5K, 10K, and 15K routes.
Parking and street access change on the day of the event; the JCC parking lot is available before 7:00 am and Whitehall Road will be closed between 7:00 am and 10:45 am, with side street parking available for departures before 10:45 am. Volunteer roles include packet preparation, packet pickup and sign-in, and on-course assignments; on-course volunteers are assigned as needed and are required to remain at their designated location until the road has been cleared.
Registration pricing will increase to $55 on September 11, 2026. Sponsorship levels are available with varying recognition and registration benefits. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
