A&L Goodbody 5K Corporate Team Challenge
The A&L Goodbody ALG5K is a city centre 5K held on Dublin’s Docklands on Tuesday 8 September 2026. The event is organised as a corporate team challenge and accepts individual entries as well as team entries.
Teams consist of four runners and compete in three categories: all male, all female, and mixed. Individual entries are permitted but do not contribute to team prizes. Anyone over 18 years of age may register. Team results are calculated by adding together the four team members' finish times. A live leaderboard will operate during the event.
Entry fees include an event t-shirt for every participant. An early bird team rate of €110 (includes t-shirts) is available until 17 May; the standard team fee is €150 plus booking fee. Individual entry is €40 and includes the ALG5K race t-shirt. Refunds are not available after entry.
The event partners include Depaul Ireland and Athletics Ireland; proceeds from registration fees are divided between Depaul Ireland and Athletics Ireland’s youth athletics programmes. Race packs can be collected from The Spencer Hotel, Excise Walk, Dublin 1 on 7 or 8 September unless postal race pack delivery was selected. A bag drop area will be provided; items left there are at the participant’s risk. Training plans at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels are available for participants.
