Runners and walkers begin and end in downtown Akron. The courses pass notable local sites and parkland, including the Akron Art Museum, The University of Akron, Firestone Park, the Towpath Trail, Sand Run Parkway, Stan Hywet Estate, Highland Square, and Summit Metro Parks, with the finish at the Blue Line at Lock 3.
