Airline Trail Ghost Run

Air Line Trail Ghost Run is Hebron, Connecticut’s 21st annual running event, organized by the local Parks & Recreation departments with the state Department of Energy and Environmental Protection. It offers two race options: a certified 13.1-mile half marathon and a 13.1-mile relay. The largely flat course follows the historic Air Line Trail for about 11 miles, winding through rural forests and small towns.

Surfaces are packed stone, gravel, and earthen material. Relay legs are 3.6 miles, 4.2 miles, and 5.3 miles, with shuttle buses available in both directions. This event is for runners only; no day-of registration or dogs are allowed, though walkers are not accommodated. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
