Event Overview
Cape Cod Against the Tide is a multi-sport event held in Brewster, Cape Cod on June 27th, 2026. It benefits the Massachusetts Breast Cancer Coalition and supports breast cancer prevention education programs.
Activities
The event includes:
- Swim course
- Run courses: 5 km and 10 km (USATF certified)
- Walk course
Participants can engage in one or more activities. The event is family-friendly and takes place rain or shine.
Registration
Online registration closes the day before the event. Walk-in registration is available on the event morning. Bibs are picked up at registration on the day; there is no early bib pickup.
Wetsuits are permitted for the swim. No dogs or pets are allowed, with the exception of service animals. Refunds are not offered, and participation of minors requires authorization from a parent or guardian.
Volunteering
Volunteer roles are available, including Event Greeters, Swim Guide, and Run Guide. Shifts are offered on the event day. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
