27th Annual Cape Cod Against the Tide
The Cape Cod Against the Tide is a multi-sport, family-friendly event held in Brewster, Massachusetts. This gathering takes place rain or shine and supports the Massachusetts Breast Cancer Coalition. The event offers participants various ways to engage, including swimming, running, and walking.
The running components of the event follow USATF certified courses, ensuring accurate distance measurements for participants who choose the competitive routes. The available activities include:

Participants have the option to compete individually or as part of a team. For those who choose the swim component, wetsuits are allowed. Registration is available online until the evening before the event, and walk-in registration is also provided on the morning of the event at the registration tent.
The event is held in a beach setting where pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. Because the event serves as a fundraiser for breast cancer prevention programs, participants are encouraged to engage in community fundraising efforts.
