27th Annual Cape Cod Against the Tide
The 27th Annual Cape Cod Against the Tide is a multi-sport fundraising event on June 27, 2026, at Cliff Pond in Nickerson State Park, Brewster, Massachusetts. The event benefits the Massachusetts Breast Cancer Coalition (MBCC). Funds support MBCC community education programs including Let’s Talk Prevention: Reducing Toxic Exposures, the MBCC Webinar Series, and the student environmental health program Let’s Talk Prevention: Actions You Can Take.

- USMS-Sanctioned 1-mile swim
- Competitive 1-mile swim
- Recreational 1-mile swim
- Recreational ½-mile swim
- USATF-certified 5K run MA23007BK
- USATF-certified 10K run MA23006BK
- 3-mile fitness walk
Registration and participant notes: registration fees for listed events are shown as $40 each. Online registration closes the evening of June 26; walk-in registration is available the morning of the event at the registration tent. Bibs are available only at morning registration; there is no early bib pickup. Refunds are not allowed. The participation of minors under 18 must be authorized by a parent or guardian, who must sign the Release and Indemnity Agreement. Wetsuits are permitted. No pets are allowed on the beach except service animals. Participants may create or join a team during registration; new teams cannot be created after registration is complete. A $1.95 fee applies for registration transfers.
