28th Annual Cape Cod Against the Tide
The 28th Annual Cape Cod Against the Tide takes place on June 26, 2027 at Cliff Pond in Nickerson State Park, Brewster, Massachusetts. The event is a family-friendly, multi-sport fundraiser that supports the Massachusetts Breast Cancer Coalition (MBCC).
Funds raised support MBCC programs, including the community education program Let’s Talk Prevention: Reducing Toxic Exposures, the MBCC Webinar Series, and the student environmental health program Let’s Talk Prevention: Actions You Can Take. - USMS-sanctioned 1 mile competitive swim
- 1 mile recreational swim
- 1/2 mile recreational swim
- USATF certified 5K run
- USATF certified 10K run
- 3 mile fitness walk
Online registration closes the evening of June 25; walk-in registration is available the morning of the event at the registration tent. Bibs are available at registration the morning of the event; there is no early bib pickup. Refunds are not allowed. Minor children under 18 must be authorized by a parent or guardian, and the parent or guardian must sign the Release and Indemnity Agreement. Wetsuits are permitted. No pets are allowed on the beach except service animals. Participants may create or join a team during registration; new teams cannot be created after registration is complete. Transfers between sub-events incur a $1.95 fee. Standard listed registration fee for each event is $40. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
