Afton Trail Run

Afton Trail Run is a trail running event with two distances held inside Afton State Park on the St. Croix River in Minnesota. The event includes a 25 km race and a 50 km race and is scheduled for Saturday, July 3, 2027. The races are described as scenic and challenging and are hosted by ultrarunners for ultrarunners.

The event uses the park trail network and references multiple course resources such as maps and data. The organizer provides logistics information including parking and spectator guidance. Aid stations and a volunteer program support the courses; volunteer assignments and a knowledge base cover roles and aid station supplies.

Results and records are maintained for both distances. Media from past editions is available in the form of photos and video, and the site documents past finishes, course photos, and race-day operations. Registration and policy information such as a no refund policy are published by the organizer. The event materials also list schedules of events, timing results, and volunteer signup and updates.
