Event Overview
The Adventure Triathlon at The Manor is a multi-sport event held in Mays Landing, New Jersey. This competition takes place at Estelle Manor and features a variety of endurance disciplines including paddling, mountain biking, and trail running. The event is a USAT Sanctioned competition and follows official rules, including a mandatory photo identification check for all participants.
Course Details
The running portions of the event take place on flat trails composed of a mixture of hard-packed surfaces and sand. For the cycling stages, participants can use a hybrid bike, though a mountain bike is recommended due to the terrain. The Bike Only TT event consists of two loops of the established bike course.

Participants can choose from several individual and team categories:
- Kayak Triathlon: 1 mile kayak, 9 mile mountain bike, and 5k run
- Duathlon: 1 mile run, 9 mile mountain bike, and 5k run
- Aqua Bike: 1 mile kayak and 9 mile mountain bike
- 5k Trail Run: A standalone trail running event
- Bike Only TT: A timed cycling event
- Triathlon Relay: Team participation for the multi-sport course
Additional features include a free kids run that does not require prior registration. Kayak rentals are available as an add-on during the registration process. Finisher medals are awarded to all participants, including children in the kids run.
