Adrenaline Races - West Bend, WI
Adrenaline Races takes place on the Eisenbahn Trail, a 25 mile former railroad corridor that runs from West Bend into eastern Wisconsin. The trail surface is limestone screenings, and the event begins and ends on about 1.25 miles of paved asphalt near downtown West Bend. The Start/Finish Line is located behind the River Shores / Cast Iron residential community at 705 Village Green Way, West Bend.
The event is an out and back on a relatively flat course. The marathon course is certified and is listed as a Boston qualifier. Turnaround points differ by distance: the half marathon turns in Kewaskum, while the quarter marathon and 5K turn north of West Bend.
Aid stations along the course provide water, sports drink and some energy packs; some stations may be self serve. Portable toilets and trained medical professionals will be available along the route. Timing is chip based and the timing chip is attached to the race bib.
Food will be available at the start and finish area. Awards include trophies for the top male and female finishers except in the 5K, woodles or medals for the top three in each age division, and finisher medals and shirts for all participants.
