BTC Adam's Heart Runs takes place on Saturday, January 31, 2026. The Birmingham Track Club hosts the event at Oak Mountain State Park in Pelham, Alabama. The race starts and ends in front of the Dogwood Picnic Pavilion on Terrace Drive (200 Terrace Dr, Pelham, AL 35124).

Race details
All distances are held entirely on paved roads in Oak Mountain State Park; this is not a trail race. All races are chip timed. Registration opens December 1, 2025, and listed entry fees are $35 for the 5k, $40 for the 10k, and $45 for the 10 Mile. Registrants who register by January 17 are guaranteed a gender-neutral, long-sleeve Sport-Tek shirt; the organizer notes the shirts run a little big. Ten-mile finishers receive a custom dog tag finisher medal. The event offers post-race snacks and free race photos online provided by MRuns.
