Active for Autism 5K, Run Walk and Family Fun Fest 2026
The Active for Autism 5K, Run Walk and Family Fun Fest is a community event on Saturday April 25, 2026, held at the Pennington Biomedical Research Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The event is organized by Families Helping Families of Greater Baton Rouge (FHFGBR), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Proceeds support FHFGBR’s services, resources, and support for people with developmental disabilities.
The program includes running and walking events and activities that combine community education with partnerships from local families and organizations across the Greater Baton Rouge seven-parish area. The event is open to adults and children ages 4 and up. Stroller babies and toddlers are welcome and do not require registration.
