Run Casino : Achieve Australia
Run Casino returns for its 13th year at a new location along the Northern Rivers Rail Trail on Sunday 20 September 2026. The event is presented with Achieve Australia, the Sport Access Foundation and Casino Little Athletics Club and highlights inclusive participation for people who run, walk, roll or stroll.
Distances and course notes:
- 21.1 km two-lap half marathon on paved and compact gravel surfaces
- 10 km one-lap out-and-back on paved and compact gravel
- 5 km one-lap out-and-back on paved and compact gravel
- 2 km one-lap fun run on paved and compact gravel
Course features include mostly flat terrain, a mix of paved and unpaved surfaces on the Northern Rivers Rail Trail, and clear course directions to keep to the right. Aid stations provide water and electrolytes; medical support is available on course. The half marathon uses a two-lap format with two aid stations; the 10 km, 5 km and 2 km courses each include at least one aid station.
