Dam Spooky 5k 10k 15k Half Marathon
The Dam Spooky event on October 17, 2026 at Hansen Dam Skate Park in Lake View Terrace, CA offers multiple loop distances on an open shared-use path. The course is described as easy to follow with an out-and-back layout and one small hill roughly 0.6 miles from the start. Distances use repeated loops: 5 km, 10 km, 15 km, and a half marathon formed from three 4.36 mile loops.
Aid stations are positioned on every loop and provide water cups, bottled water, Gatorade cups, and Gu gels. Live results are provided at finish and photos and videos are available after the race. Registered participants receive a custom finisher medal and a drawstring goodie bag, plus free videos, race highlight reels, trophies and achievement badges tied to milestones, and access to an event app that tracks races, photos, and videos.
