Rockin' Shamrock 5k, 10k, 15k, Half Marathon
This running event takes place on Sunday, March 15, 2026, in Woodley Park, Lake Balboa, California. The course is an open, out-and-back route on park paths with one small hill approximately 0.6 miles from the start.
Participants can choose from several distances:
- 5k (one loop)
- 10k (two loops)
- 15k (three loops)
- Half marathon (three 4.36-mile loops)
An aid station with water, Gatorade, and GU energy gels is available at every loop. A time limit of 3 hours and 15 minutes is in place, with an option to request an early start.
Registration includes a custom finisher medal, a drawstring goodie bag, free event photos and videos, posted results, and an assortment of snacks and samples. Bib pickup is from 6:50 AM to 7:20 AM. The event has a no-refund policy, but transfers to a later date or another participant are possible by request.
Parking is available in lots off Woodley Avenue and Victory Boulevard, with an overflow dirt lot across Woodley Avenue near a golf course. Participants must use a pedestrian tunnel to cross Woodley Avenue and are asked to be courteous to other path users. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
