Golden Strides Riverside
Golden Strides is a run and walk event held on September 27, 2026 at Ryan Bonaminio Park, 5000 Tequesquite Ave, Riverside, CA 92506. The course uses a shared riverside path and is open to pedestrians, runners, and cyclists; the route will be marked and consists of out and back loops.
Distances offered:
- 5k out and back route
- 10k two 5k loops
- 15k three 5k loops
- Half marathon three 4.36 mile loops
An aid station is located at the turnaround near the start and finish and supplies water cups, water bottles, Gatorade cups, and Gu gels. Park restrooms are approximately 200 to 300 meters from the start and finish area and are the only restrooms available on course. Participants may not run with dogs; running or walking with a stroller is allowed. The half marathon has a 3 hour 15 minute time limit; participants who need additional time may request an early start.
Registration benefits include a custom finisher medal, a drawstring goodie bag, free photos and videos, posted results within 12 to 24 hours, and an assortment of snacks. Parking is available in the park lot and on Tequesquite Avenue. The course is described as easy to follow with marked out and back loops.
