ABBATHON 5K & 10K Run

ABBATHON pairs a live ABBA tribute performance with organised 5 km and 10 km running options at Heaton Park in Manchester, England. The event includes music on the course provided by music guides carrying speakers; organisers note they cannot guarantee music coverage for the entire route. A tribute act performs live for at least 45 minutes before the race.

All participants receive race bibs with chip timing so official times are recorded and distributed after the run. Professional photographers will capture event moments and photos will be provided free on the event website within 72 hours. Finishers receive a special edition finisher’s medal inspired by ABBA elements. Post-race refreshments include fresh fruit. A limited edition ABBATHON finisher’s T-shirt is offered for an additional cost of £19.99.

Practical details listed by the organiser include paid parking at the venue and a no refund policy. The event is organised by Run Fanatics Events and takes place in person at Heaton Park, Bury Old Road, Manchester M25 0EQ.
