About the race
ABBATHON 5K & 10K Themed Run combines an ABBA tribute show with timed running events in Eaton Park, Norwich on 10 October 2026. The event is presented by Run Fanatics and tickets are sold through the registration partner Challenge Chasers. The programme includes a live ABBA tribute performance of at least 45 minutes before the run, ABBA hits at the start line, and music guides carrying speakers along the course (music coverage cannot be guaranteed for the entire route). Runners receive chip-timed race bibs and an official time after the event.
Professional photographers will take event photos that are released for free within 72 hours. Finishers receive a special-edition medal inspired by ABBA elements; a limited edition finisher T-shirt is available for an extra charge. The event welcomes runners, joggers, walkers and ABBA fans. Post-race refreshments include fresh fruit.
Bag drop and on-site parking are mentioned; parking on race day may be limited and could be busy. Travel notes name Norwich Train Station as the nearest main station, with Eaton Park about 2.5 to 3 miles away, so bus, taxi or cycling are suggested from the station. Bus routes serving Eaton Park include the First Bus Blue Line 25 and routes 26 / 26A. The park postcode is NR4 7AU.
Bike stands are available around the park and taxis are commonly used from the station and city centre. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
