About the race

ABBATHON 5K & 10K is a themed run set in Eaton Park, Norwich on 10 October 2026. The event pairs a music-led ABBA tribute with organised 5 km and 10 km runs through the park.

The programme includes a live ABBA tribute performance of at least 45 minutes before the race, a DJ, and music guides carrying speakers placed along the route. Runners receive chip-timed race bibs and an official finish time. Professional photographers will take event photos and make them available free within 72 hours. A special-edition finisher’s medal is awarded to finishers. Post-race refreshments include fresh fruit. A limited edition ABBATHON finisher’s T-shirt is offered for an additional cost of £19.99. Costumes are optional and themed dressing is encouraged.

Entry is handled through the official registration partner, Challenge Chasers. Ticket availability was shown at 94% sold. On-site parking is limited. The venue address and postcode are Eaton Park, South Park Avenue, Norwich NR4 7AU. Norwich Train Station is about 2.5 to 3 miles away; bus services including routes 25, 26, and 26A serve the city centre and the park, with route 25 serving Eaton Park directly. Bike stands are available around the park.
