Aalborg Halvmarathon 2027
Aalborg Halvmarathon is a large-scale exercise event held in the streets of Aalborg, Denmark. Organized by DGI Nordjylland, the event is based at Kildeparken and features a variety of routes that pass through city landmarks and natural areas. The event is open to runners, walkers, and families, with different course options available to accommodate various interests.
Participants can choose from several disciplines and distances:
- Running: 21.1 km (Half Marathon), 10.55 km (Quarter Marathon), or 2.1 km (Children's Race).
- Walking: 21.1 km, 10 km, or 6 km.
The children's race, also referred to as the Mini-halvmarathon, is a 2.1 km route designed for young participants. All children in this category must be accompanied by an adult, who can participate for free without receiving a medal or refreshment. For safety and space reasons on the running routes, strollers, baby joggers, and balance bikes are not permitted on the 21.1 km and 10.55 km running distances or the children's race.
The event offers team registration for groups of friends or colleagues. Registration typically includes different price tiers based on the number of participants already signed up, with early registration offered at lower rates. The event location at Kildeparken serves as the central hub for the activities. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
