AAA - Xtreme Triathlon 2026
The AAA - Xtreme Triathlon is an endurance event held in Kosciuszko National Park, New South Wales. The race starts at the Widows Inlet Boat Ramp on Kosciuszko Road in Jindabyne.
The triathlon covers three distinct segments. The race begins with a 3.8 km swim in water temperatures between 12-15°C. This is followed by a 187 km bike ride with an elevation gain of +3851 meters. The final leg is a 44 km run with an elevation gain of +818 meters.
The event is part of the XTRI World Tour. It is Australia's only official qualifier for the XTRI World Championship at Norseman, the world's most iconic extreme triathlon. Finishers earn 200 X-points, while those who do not finish (DNF) receive 50 X-points.
