A New Dawn 5K
A New Dawn 5K is a community event in Riverton, WY held at 2660 Peck Ave, Circle Drive. It is organized by a foundation dedicated to honoring a life by spreading hope, supporting survivors of domestic violence, and promoting messages of love, compassion, and kindness.
The event includes separate men's and women's 5K runs, men's and women's 5K walks, and a kids 5K run/walk. Distance for each event is listed below.

Registration opens 29 March 2026 and registration fees are $30.00 per entry. Registration closes in late May 2026.
Prior to the race, participants will hear a brief message from a member of the family about the inspiration behind the foundation. All registered participants receive a commemorative shirt. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
