Event
The A Charlie Brown Christmas 5K/10K is scheduled for Saturday, December 13, 2025, at Griffith Park with the start/finish area at the Autry Museum of Los Angeles (4700 Western Heritage Way, Los Angeles, CA 90027). The event offers these options:
- 5K run/walk (single loop)
- 10K run/walk (double loop of the 5K course)
- Snoopy Dash for children 12 and under (short out-and-back; distance determined by average age)
- At-home virtual edition
The course is described as flat and fast and laid out as an out-and-back route. Official participant items include a printed bib (with an RFID tag for timing), a tech t-shirt, and a finisher medal; a limited edition collector’s 4" die-cast finisher snow globe medal is listed among event swag. The event is part of the Peanuts Event Series and lists Make-A-Wish as its charitable partner.
Logistics and rules
Registration is limited to 2,000 spots; the event is reported as sold out and a waiting list is available. Packet pickup is at Road Runner Sports (12113 Ventura Blvd, Studio City, CA 91604) on Friday, December 12 (10:00 am-7:00 pm). Parking is available at the Autry Museum and the adjacent Los Angeles Zoo. One water station is on course (10K runners pass it twice) and bottled water is provided at the finish. There will be a medic on site. Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. Strollers and walkers are allowed but should start at the back of the corral and stay to the right on course.
