Event Details

Livingston County Veteran Services and Howell Recreation present the fourth annual 9/11 “Never Forget 5K Trail Run/Walk.” The event takes place at Fillmore County Park in Brighton, Michigan. Its purpose is to remember those who lost their lives on September 11, as well as military veterans and first responders.

Course Information

The event is a 5 km trail run or walk. The trail is not paved and is described as not stroller-friendly. Only service dogs are permitted.

Registration and Benefits

All participants receive a finisher medal. Those who register on or before August 14th also receive a t-shirt. A portion of the proceeds from the event will go to Livingston County Veteran Services. The event is chip-timed by the Michigan Running Foundation, and participants' accurate times will be texted to them and available live online.

Packet Pickup

Early packet pickup is available at the Oceola Community Center in Howell, Michigan, on September 9th-10th from 8 am to 8 pm, or on September 11th from 8 am to 4 pm.
