9-11 Memorial Fun Run/Walk
The 9 11 Memorial Fun Run/Walk takes place on Friday, September 11, 2026, at the Jackson Township Fire Station in Helmsburg, located at 4831 Helmsburg Road, Nashville, Indiana. The event includes timed running and walking courses that begin and end at the fire station.
Distances offered include:
- 5K Run
- 5K Walk
- 9.11K Run
Both courses are out and back. The 5K course goes north on Lick Creek Road and turns around at Dunaway. The 9.11K course proceeds north on Lick Creek past Dunaway and turns around at Cottonwood Church. Check in and on site registration are available between 7:00am and 8:30am. Race timing is provided by Fox Timing.
All finishers receive medals. Pets are welcome. Registration by noon on August 8 guarantees a t shirt. No refunds are offered. Entry fees are shown as $25.00 plus site fees, with an example displayed total of $28.74; the registration period listed runs from May 20 through September 10.
