5K Run & Walk for OPC Meals on Wheels
The event is the 19th annual OPC 5K family run and walk that benefits Meals on Wheels. The course begins and ends at the OPC Social & Activity Center, 650 Letica Drive, Rochester, Michigan, and travels along the Clinton River Trail and back.
There are two event options:
- 5K timed (participants eligible for results and awards)
- 3.1 miles untimed (participants not included in the results)
All participants receive an event T-shirt if registered by 5/9/2026, a race bib, a ticket to the pancake breakfast, and post-race snacks. The organizer has added peer-to-peer fundraising so participants may create personal fundraising pages and invite others to support their walk or run. Donations support nutritious meals and wellness checks for homebound seniors who rely on Meals on Wheels for nourishment and social contact.
Early packet pick-up is available at the OPC main entrance on Thursday, June 4 and Friday, June 5. Race day packet pick-up and registration are offered at the event. Registration opens January 1, 2026 and closes June 3, 2026; the registration fee is $35.00 per entry. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
