The 5K On The RUNway takes place on October 3, 2026 at Bishop International Airport in Flint, Michigan. Participants run or walk a 5 km course on the airport runway, which is described as flat and fast.

Registration
Registration for the 5K events has tiered pricing starting at $35 on January 1, 2026, increasing to $50 by September 30. Online registration closes on September 30 at 6:00 PM, with no late or day-of registration available. The Little Pilots Kids Run costs $15 and includes a medal, with a shirt available for purchase. Spectator passes are free but must be pre-registered by September 30.
Logistics
Packet pick-up is available on October 2 at the Crim Office (719 Harrison St, Suite 102) and on October 3 at the Genesee Career Institute (5081 Torrey Rd). All participants and spectators must use a shuttle from the Genesee Career Institute to access the airport due to security protocols. Security checks require a clear bag and ID. Post-race activities, including food and drinks, are held at the Genesee Career Institute after the event.
