5K On The RUNway - Flint
5K On The RUNway is a race held on the runway at Bishop International Airport in Flint, Michigan on October 3, 2026. The course uses airport pavement and is described as a flat 5K. The event is hosted by the Crim Fitness Foundation and takes place in connection with on-site post-race activities at Genesee Career Institute.

Online registration opens January 1 and uses tiered pricing that starts at $35 and rises later in the year; online registration closes September 30 due to airport security and there is no late or day of registration. Spectator passes are free but must be pre-registered before the registration deadline.
Packet pickup is available the day before at the Crim Office and on race day at Genesee Career Institute. All participants and spectators must pass a pre-shuttle airport security check and present their bib or spectator pass and ID. Security rules include clear bag requirements, a gear check option for approved bags, no weapons or fireworks, and see-through water bottles are allowed. Participants travel between the parking area at Genesee Career Institute and the runway by shuttle.
