5k Nevermore
The event takes place on October 24, 2026 at the Baseline Trail Head, 4255 SE 58th Ave, Ocala, FL 34472, US. The course follows local trails and will be lit with gothic-style lanterns as daylight fades. The event uses chip timing for the 5k.

Registration details differ by event. For the 5k, registration opens October 18, 2025 and closes October 23, 2026. For the 1 Mile Kids Run, registration opens September 9, 2026 and closes October 23, 2026. The listed registration fee for each event is $5.00.
Age group awards are given in five-year increments, starting at 9 and under and continuing through 80 and over. Finisher medals are awarded. A Best Costume Award is included as a special prize. The 1 Mile Kids Run requires supervision if parents plan to participate in the 5k afterward.
