Hoka 5K Hike/Run
The Hoka 5K Hike/Run is a non-timed event on the trail system that surrounds the Mississippi Natural Science Museum playground and nearby museums in Jackson, Mississippi. The route begins at the Mississippi Natural Science Museum playground located at 2148 Riverside Dr.
A Hoka representative will be on site to provide demo shoes to try on before or after the event. Door prizes and swag giveaways are planned to follow the hike/run. Water will be provided at the start and finish area.
Participation requires a $10 fee. That fee also grants access to the NatureFest event held the same day. Parking is available from the playground entrance to the Natural Science Museum gate.
The event is described as a trail-based hike/run rather than a timed race.
