Harvest Wine Run at Stoney Ridge Winery 5k
The event is a chip-timed 5k run/walk held at Stoney Ridge Winery in Bryan, Ohio on Saturday, August 29, 2026. The course is two loops around the winery with an option to stop at the finish wine area after one lap. The route is described as highlighting the winery and is suitable for runners and walkers.
Registration includes a super soft ring spun cotton T-shirt, a shatterproof collapsible wine glass, a finisher medal, and a race bib. Results are posted online. Eligible participants receive a pour of wine at the finish; minors may participate but do not receive a wine glass or a pour.
Packet pickup is available on race day only. The event is chip timed and top three finishers in each ten-year age category receive a custom age group award. Age categories are: 19 & Under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80 & Over. Age group awards must be claimed the day of the event.
The local charity partner is the Bear Bags program, which provides weekend food for Bryan City School families. The program reported packing 2,488 bags in the 23/24 school year and is averaging about 75 bags sent home each weekend during the 24/25 school year.
Strollers are allowed but not recommended due to uneven ground; children in strollers can participate for free and do not need to register. Dogs are not permitted on site. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
