Harvest Wine Run at Stoney Ridge Winery
The event is a chip-timed 5k run/walk held at Stoney Ridge Winery in Bryan, Ohio. The race takes place on a two-loop course that tours the winery grounds and is open to runners and walkers. Participants may choose to stop at the finish wine after completing one lap.
Race registration includes a T-shirt made from ring spun cotton, a shatterproof collapsible wine glass, a finisher medal, a race bib, and an on-course pour of wine for eligible participants. Online results are posted after the event.
The event supports the Bear Bags Program, a local charity founded in 2010 that provides weekend food for Bryan City School families. The program reported packing 2,488 bags during the 2023/24 school year, has been increasing its output year over year, and is currently averaging 75 bags sent home each weekend during the 2024/25 school year. About 39% of Bryan City School students are eligible for free or reduced price lunches.
Age group awards are given to the top three finishers in each 10-year category: 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, and 80 & over. Age group awards are available only on the day of the event and will not be shipped. Packet pickup is race day only. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
