5K Bench Run

The 5K Bench Run is a scenic running event held at Bench Brewing Company on King Street in Beamsville, Ontario, Canada. The race features a new flat course alongside the beautiful Niagara Escarpment in the Niagara Benchlands, offering participants picturesque views. Runners of legal drinking age receive a complimentary craft beer after finishing the race, enhancing the event's festive atmosphere.

The event includes awards for overall winners and age group categories, as well as special recognition for runners finishing under 20 minutes.
