500 Festival Miler Series, presented by OrthoIndy
The 500 Festival Miler Series, presented by OrthoIndy, is a three-race series in Indianapolis that serves as a training series for the IU Health 500 Festival Mini Marathon. The series runs from February 14, 2026 to April 11, 2026 and stages each race near downtown Indianapolis in the Windsor Park neighborhood.
The series is intended to help participants gauge training progress and practice race day strategies such as hydration, pacing, and fueling. Each event starts and finishes at Fowling Warehouse Indianapolis, where organizers provide packet pickup, gear check, sponsor booths, and post-race activities. Free parking is available on site at the Circle City Industrial Center parking lot, 1400 E 12th St, Indianapolis, IN 46201. Virtual participation is an option for those who cannot attend a date in person.

Registration options include an entry for the full series that covers all three races and provides a long-sleeved participant shirt and a finisher’s medal. Online and race day pricing differ for the full series and for individual events.
