The first edition of the Philippe-Laheurte Memorial will take place on Sunday August 23, 2026 at Parc Philippe Laheurte, 3035 Av. Ernest – Hemingway, Saint-Laurent, QC. The event honors runner Philippe Laheurte and marks 40 years of Boutique Endurance, co-founded in 1985. It is a fundraiser for the Fondation Philippe-Laheurte, which has supported Quebec track and field athletes since 1995.
Offered distances:
- 1 km
- 2 km
- 5 km
For the 5 km, participants choose among three waves based on expected finish time: a first wave for runners under 25 minutes, with prizes awarded to winners of that wave; the second and third waves are for finish times between 25 and 45 minutes. Time limits for the 5 km are 25 minutes for the first wave and 45 minutes for the others. No on-site registration will be available.
Services include secured courses closed to vehicle traffic, a start mat for the 5 km, kilometer markers, one water station on the 5 km, on-site first aid, a post-race snack, free nearby parking, free bag drop, and free race photos downloadable via PixiSport. Results will be posted online at Sportstats.ca. Bibs and timing chips are handed out on the morning of the event; bibs must be worn outside clothing for chip detection.
Medals will be awarded to the top three in each age group for the 1 km, 2 km and 5 km, and all finishers of the 5 km will receive a finisher medal. Certification is pending. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
