The event takes place on May 16, 2026 at Mill Run Trail in Cambridge, Ontario, near 400 Speedsville Road. It is a certified 4 km race run as a 2 km out and back using the full flat unpaved section of the Mill Run Trail between Speedsville Road and Beaverdale Road, passing under Highway 401. The measured distance may be 4.01 km.
The course surface is crushed gravel. Timing is by reusable chip; chips must be returned after finishing. Parking is available at Riverside Park with a short walk to the start, and an at grade crossing at Speedsville Road provides access to the race start. Bib pickup is held only on race day at the Mill Run Trail location. Strollers are not permitted on the course.
All entries are non refundable, non transferable, and non deferrable. The event is free to Run Waterloo members; non members pay a listed fee of $15 plus fees and taxes shown as CA$18.58. A course map was released on 2026-03-31. The race is chip timed and does not include event swag or extended awards. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
