16 Crossings Trail Run
The 16 Crossings Trail Run takes place on June 27, 2026 at Mack Park in Smithfield. The event offers two distance options and routes that combine multiple surface types.

- 10K
Both routes include portions of asphalt, dirt road, trail, and creek crossings. Cutoff times are 3 hours for the 10K and 3.5 hours for the 11.5 mile course.
Registration runs January 26 to June 21. Packet pick up is scheduled for June 25 and June 26 at The Smithfield Rec. Center. Early registration fees from January 26 to June 7 are $50 for the 11.5 mile distance and $35 for the 10K. Fees from June 8 to June 21 are $60 for the 11.5 mile and $45 for the 10K.
The event provides participant items and services including t shirts, swag bags, custom finisher medals, raffle prizes, overall winner prizes, chip timing for both routes, and recovery food. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
