12Ks for the Holidays 2025 is scheduled for November 22, 2025 in Jackson, Mississippi at The Cedars on Old Canton Road. The event is in its sixteenth year and the running routes wind through the historic Fondren neighborhood. It is a fundraiser for the Good Samaritan Center; proceeds support the center’s Christmas Assistance program, including toys, holiday food baskets for families, and Christmas presents for seniors.

Registration follows tiered pricing and is shown as open from Aug 31 to Nov 21, 2025. Day-of registration is available at $60 with shirt (if available) or $35 without shirt.
