12Ks for the Holidays 2026
12Ks for the Holidays takes place on November 21, 2026, at The Cedars on Old Canton Road in Jackson, Mississippi. The event is a fundraiser for the Good Samaritan Center; funds support the center and its Christmas Assistance program to help children and families with toys and holiday food baskets and to provide seniors with Christmas presents.
The event offers multiple participation options and traditionally routes through the historic Fondren neighborhood the Saturday before Thanksgiving. A guaranteed T-shirt is provided to the first 400 runners. A free children’s fun run called "I Ran With Santa" also offers a guaranteed T-shirt to the first fifty children. A virtual run or walk option is offered for participants who cannot attend in person.
