Stations and their measures are SkiErg 500 m, Sled Push 25 m, Sled Pull 25 m, Burpee Broad Jumps 40 m, Row 500 m, Farmer's Carry 100 m, Sandbag Lunges 50 m, and Wall Balls 50 repetitions.
