10,000m Under the Edge - 31 May 2026

10,000m Under the Edge is a ten kilometre run organised by Wotton Lions to raise funds for community-based projects. The 2026 edition moves from Autumn to Spring and is scheduled for 31 May 2026.

The multi-terrain course runs beneath the Cotswold escarpment and passes through the grounds of Swinhay House. The route is based on public footpaths, private land, and minor roads. Course routes remain provisional until two weeks before the event to allow for any unforeseen issues.

The event starts from the Renishaw New Mills site near Wotton-under-Edge, Gloucestershire. The headquarters offer free parking and toilet facilities. Food and beverages are available to purchase before and after the run. A bag drop and a cycle rack are provided for those who walk or cycle to the venue.

Entries include a commemorative medal for all finishers. Standard entry is priced at £26, which includes a £2 registration fee. A commemorative event shirt is available for purchase at £15 during registration. Discounted team entry is offered with a minimum team size of five. A virtual entry option is also available.

Marshals are described as friendly and plentiful. The organisers state the course suits both runners aiming for personal bests and those new to the 10 km distance. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
