Memorial Hermann 10 for Texas
The Memorial Hermann 10 for Texas is a series of races produced by The Woodlands Township Parks and Recreation Department held in October at Northshore Park. The event for 2026 takes place on October 10 and includes the following distances:
- 10 miles
- 3.1 miles (5K)
- One mile kids' fun run
The 10-mile race is USA Track and Field sanctioned with a certified course. All races are capped to manage safety and course operations; caps for 2026 are 850 for the 10-mile, 500 for the 5K, and 200 for the One 4 Texas kids' run. Timing is chip based and disposable timing tags provided must be used.
Five hydration stations with water or sports drink are located along the courses. Medical staffing and first aid are provided by Memorial Hermann Sports Medicine, and a medical tent will be located in the post-race area. A secured bag drop will be available for participants.
Packet pickup is organized before race day at The Woodlands Township Town Hall and on race morning; packets include a shirt, bib, and for 10-mile entrants a hat. The event concludes with a post-race party at Northshore Park featuring food, drink and live music. Refund and transfer deadlines apply and no race day registration or packet resale is permitted.
