Mt Buller Sky Run takes place at Village Square, Summit Rd, Mount Buller VIC 3723. The event is a trail running festival that uses alpine ridge lines, snow gum forests, and mountain singletrack around the Victorian Alps and Mount Sterling.
Distances offered:
- 45 km full loop via Mount Sterling and Craig's Hut
- 36 km loop via Mount Sterling and Klingsporn Bridal Track
- 22 km out-and-back to Mount Sterling
- 5 km loop from Buller Town Square to the Mount Buller Summit
- Kids Trail 2 km
Minimum age requirements and discounts are applied to specific races: the 45 km and 36 km races require a minimum age of 18 years on race day; the 22 km requires minimum age 16 years with a 40% youth discount for 16–17 year olds; the 5 km has a minimum age of 5 years with a 40% youth discount for 5–17 year olds. Entry fees vary by distance and registration period, with listed early bird, standard, and late pricing for the 45 km, 36 km, 22 km, and 5 km events, and separate pricing for the Kids Trail 2 km.
