Stramilano 2027
The Stramilano is a long-standing running event held in the city of Milan. The 54th edition is scheduled for March 21, 2027. This athletic event incorporates three different distances to accommodate various types of participants, from recreational walkers to professional athletes.
Participants can choose between the following distances:
- 21.097 km (Half Marathon)
- 10 km
- 5 km
The half marathon is a FIDAL Gold category race. It starts from Piazza Castello and includes an athletes' village and a team of pacemakers to assist runners in managing their speed. The course through the city streets is designed for those looking to set a personal best.
The 10 km and 5 km events start from Piazza Duomo. These routes are characterized by a collective atmosphere, often referred to as the "Run Generation," involving thousands of participants. In previous editions, the event has seen over 62,500 people taking part across all distances.
Support services for participants include a race kit for each distance, training advice regarding nutrition and fitness, and a dedicated photo service accessible via smartphone.
