About the race
The 5K Foam Fest in Sydney is a five kilometre obstacle course fun run held on December 5, 2026, at Saxony Road, Horsley Park, NSW 2175, Australia. The course features more than 25 optional obstacles, including an inflatable waterslide, mud pits, and an area containing 2.5 million cubic feet of foam. Music plays throughout the festival area, and there is a beer garden, food vendors, and a market of local vendors. The event offers a FREE kids zone for children six years and under with a mini inflatable obstacle course and bounce house; these children are not permitted to run the 5K course.
Children aged seven to twelve must run with a registered adult and guardians should judge which obstacles are suitable. Participants aged thirteen to seventeen do not require an adult chaperone but must follow course rules. Legal guardian signature is required on waivers for any participant under 18. Entry items included with the listed tickets are the run entry, string bag, buff, finisher medal, Foam Fest tattoo, water stations, shower station, change room access, festival area access, free kids zone, and a free low resolution finish photo.
