Cape2Cape Ultra Marathon
The Cape2Cape Ultra Marathon is an ultramarathon event in Western Australia’s South West region held Saturday June 12 and Sunday June 13, 2027. The route follows the length of the Cape to Cape Track between Cape Naturaliste and Cape Leeuwin and covers varied coastal terrain including limestone cliffs, coastal sands, Karri forests, and surf breaks.
The event offers two distance options:
- 100 miles
- 50 miles
The course covers about 160 kilometres of coastline when running the full route. The event is part of the Ultra Series Australia calendar and provides race information pages detailing aid stations, mandatory gear, crew information, entry process, qualification, and entry fees. Crew information and travel and accommodation recommendations are addressed separately, with additional details to be released for crews and for accommodation suggestions.
The event materials include a results page and an official photo gallery that documents previous finishes, aid station scenes, and course conditions. Volunteers support race operations and are invited to assist for short or extended shifts. The organizer maintains resources for runners and crews covering runner guidelines and key support features along the trail. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
