Stockholm Half Marathon 2026
The Stockholm Half Marathon offers a race distance of 21.0975 km through the central parts of Sweden's capital. The course is designed to be easy to run and connects several major districts within the city, including Norrmalm, Vasastan, Kungsholmen, Gamla Stan (the Old Town), and Södermalm.
The event starts and finishes in the vicinity of the Royal Palace. In the days leading up to the race, participants can visit the Runners Expo in Kungsträdgården to pick up their race kits. Following the completion of the run, an "after run" gathering is held at the same central park location.
The competition is organized by the athletics clubs Hässelby SK and Spårvägens FK. All surplus revenue from the event is reinvested entirely into sports activities within these organizations. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
