EDP Lisbon Half Marathon 2027
The EDP Lisbon Half Marathon is a major international road running event that takes place in the Portuguese capital. The race is part of the SuperHalfs series, an international circuit that includes events in Berlin, Cardiff, Copenhagen, Prague, and Valencia. The 2027 edition features a field limited to 20,000 participants and has a time limit of 3 hours.

The half marathon course is noted for its high speeds and unique route. It begins on the 25 de Abril Bridge and follows a path that concludes in the heart of Lisbon at the Jerónimos Monastery. Access to the starting line on the bridge is strictly controlled and only accessible via Fertagus trains at Pragal station. Participants can use public transport, including metro, buses, and trains, for free by presenting their race bib.
Participant kits, which include a technical t-shirt, a bib with a timing chip, and an official bag, must be collected in advance at the Sport Expo located at the Lisbon Congress Center. Pick-up is available during the three days preceding the race; no kits are distributed on the day of the event. There is no bag drop or cloakroom service available for participants.
