EDP Maratona de Lisboa
The EDP Maratona de Lisboa is a running event in Portugal that is part of the European Marathon Classics circuit. The course is situated entirely alongside the sea and the river, offering scenic views throughout the race. The event has a participant limit of 18,000 runners.
The race follows a linear route starting in Carcavelos, specifically on the N6-7 road in front of the Nova School of Business & Economics. The finish line is located at the Praça do Comércio in Lisbon. Participants have a time limit of 6 hours to complete the course.

Participants receive a participation kit that includes a technical t-shirt, a bag, and a race bib with an integrated timing chip. Finishers are awarded a medal. Kit collection takes place at the Sport Expo in the FIL (Feira Internacional de Lisboa) during the two days preceding the race.
The organization provides free train transportation for participants on the CP lines (Cais do Sodré to Carcavelos or Cascais to Carcavelos) upon presentation of the race bib.
