Event Format

The Valentines Challenge is a 6-hour timed event with a mass start. Participants can run as many laps as they wish within the time limit. Runners may rest between laps.

Course Details

The event uses the Goldings Hills Route. The course is primarily flat with a few inclines and follows road and pavement surfaces.

Logistics

The Race HQ and Base Camp are located at the Suffolk Running Centre in Bury St Edmunds, which also serves as the start, finish, and lap point. An aid station is available each lap. The event is cupless, so participants must bring their own bottle or cup for refills. Parking is included in the entry price.

Additional Information

Finishers receive a bespoke event medal. Alternatively, entrants can choose a "Lucky Dip" option to receive a random medal from a previous event. The maximum number of entrants is 300, and the minimum age to participate is 18 years. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
