Valentines Challenge
The Valentines Challenge is scheduled for 14 February 2027 at Suffolk Running Centre, Church Road, Bury St Edmunds, IP29 5AX. The event runs for six hours on a measured loop and records distance by completed laps.
Runners may complete laps at their own pace and may rest between laps. The event rules allow a participant to start an additional lap if they leave the Base Camp before the event cut-off. An aid station is located at the Base Camp at the start and lap point.
Common distance milestones that can be achieved during the event include:
- 5 km
- 10 km
- Half Marathon
- Full Marathon
- Ultra-Marathon
The route uses the Golding Hills 10 km out-and-back loop. Parking is included with entry. The event operates cupless so participants should bring their own bottles or cups for refilling. A bespoke event medal is awarded at the finish; a lucky dip finisher option is available as an alternative.
