Event Overview

The YCFL Color Run for Environmental Sustainability takes place on Saturday, April 25, 2026, at the Fort Lee Community Center. The event is co-hosted by the Youth Council of Fort Lee, the Borough of Fort Lee, LG Electronics USA, Bergen New Bridge Medical Center, and the Peter Magnone Foundation.

Distances

The event offers two courses:

1 Mile Fun Color Run / Walk
5K Color Run

Registration and Fees

The base entry fees are $20 for the 1-mile event and $25 for the 5K. These prices increase after March 22, 2026. On the day of the race, the entry fee will be $25 for the 1-mile and $30 for the 5K. Cash and credit cards are accepted for payment.

Participant Information

Event t-shirts are guaranteed for participants who register by April 24, 2026. Participants can pick up their race packets on Friday, April 24, between 5:15 PM and 7:00 PM at a location to be announced. Packet pickup will also be available on-site on event day beginning at 8:30 AM.

Awards

An award ceremony is held for the 5K race only. Awards are given to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd overall male and female runners. Age group awards are also given, with categories grouped by every ten years starting after the 0-9 age range. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
