Yankee Doodle Dash 10K
The event takes place on July 4, 2026 at the Mill Village Trailhead, 109 Eve Street, Augusta, Georgia 30904. The course is an out and back route that follows the Savannah River on a mostly flat path.

Timing is chip based and awards are determined by gun times. Age group awards are planned for overall and the following categories with three places each: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 and older. A limited number of finisher medals will be available; 250 medals were ordered on June 1, 2026 and registrations after that number are not guaranteed a medal.
Packet pickup is scheduled the day before the event at Fleet Feet Augusta, 229 Fury's Ferry Road, Augusta, Georgia, with a designated pickup window. There will be water on the course at each turnaround. Morning packet pickup is minimal and must be coordinated in advance.
The event is described as dog, stroller, and family friendly; participants who bring dogs are asked to clean up after them. Organizers will collect school supplies for local children and will issue raffle tickets for donated items. Complete results are to be posted online the day of the event.
