X&A 5K (Deshler, OH)
The annual X&A 5K and 3.21 Memorial walk takes place on June 27, 2026, in Deshler. The event begins and ends at Deshler Pirate Park, located at 208 Northeast Avenue. It is a community memorial run and walk with proceeds directed to Wellness projects in the Patrick Henry Community.
Distances offered include:
- 5K - chip timed with bib or untimed no-bib; shirts available for preregistered participants
- 1 Mile - memorial walk with paid and no-shirt options
- 1K (kids) - a one block fun run with free no-shirt and a paid shirt option
Race services and logistics described by the organizer include chip timing provided by Dave's Running, early packet pickup available on June 25 (time and location to be announced), and door prizes for registered 5K participants. Pancakes will be served following the event.
Registration opens February 27. Registration deadlines vary by option; registering by June 15 reserves a shirt and commemorative wristband. Race day registrations generally do not include a shirt. Fees vary by entry type; some entries are free while others have set fees. To reduce processing fees, the organizer recommends registering multiple participants in one transaction.
